Since Brett covered everything about the house, I'll tell you about all the wonderful things in our neighborhood. First, we love our neighbors. Its a hard thing to describe but our neighbors are the type of people that care a lot about their neighbors, but they don’t care what their neighbors are doing. Does that make sense? Everyone is willing to lend a hand without constantly being in your business. Its actually a pretty refreshing thing. We also love being so close to Lions Park. The kids can play at the playground and our son (who is 4) loves to watch the different sports that go on all year round. We watch kids football, adult softball, basketball, BMX races on Saturdays in the summer, tennis matches. Its such an active park! As for our location, I can easily get to downtown Raleigh, North Hills Mall, Triangle Town Center or Cameron Village. Its not the first neighborhood you think of for any of those areas but its convenient to all of them! -Erin (she also lives here)
